Ryan Sparks, Beverage Director
Ryan Sparks is from Ann Arbor, MI where octopus and hockey go together as naturally as hot dogs and baseball. Ryan began in the restaurant industry at the young age of fifteen and has been involved in every aspect of a restaurant’s operations in settings that ranged from fine dining to a killer dive music venue. When not in a restaurant, he was honing his lacrosse skills (no wonder Baltimore has accepted him so warmly!) and later played for Eastern Michigan University.
Before moving to Baltimore, Ryan worked in the craft beer scene before truly focusing on craft cocktails. He’s had previous stints at Brewer’s Art, Of Love and Regret, and most recently as Bar Manager at Jack’s Bistro.
Ryan creates his cocktails with the precision of a chef and the attitude of a rock star. His seasonal menu features modern takes on the classics.
